| Study on some contemporary painters |

| Our era provides painters entire freedom of expression. All directions are open to them: surrealism, cubism, abstraction, hyperrealism or even back to the sources of classicism. They can be inspired by any of these artistic movements and adapt them to their own personality. When I started out, I was tempted by those multiple possibilities. But little by little I went my own way. I found what I wanted to say and the resources to express it. This did not keep me from taking an interest in the work of my colleagues who had chosen other directions. The following texts are a tribute paid to the work and life they have dedicated to Art. |
